Just checked newest schedule (10/15/2001) at offical site of Shanghai train station, there's no train D5651. If you got the info from train station or offical train ticket ageny then they are correct.

On OCT 26th, the brand new Shanghai-Hangzhou HSR will start operation. Several changes will going to apply on the D trains. D5651 is the "new" train service in terms of the number. Timetables generally remains the same. The significant change is the train starts from Shanghai Hongqiao Station instead of Shanghai South station. Please be aware of that.

Timetables for train D5651:
arrive departure
Shanghai Hongqiao 7:08
Jiaxing South 7:34 7:36
Tongxiang 7:47 8:01
Yuhang 8:13 8:20
Hangzhou 8:36 8:40
Zhuji 9:19 9:21
Yiwu 9:37

I would like to ask the train ticket said "soft sleeper" is it a room for 2 persons only, or need to share with more than 2 persons?

Soft Sleeper, a room with 4 beds with slip door.
Deluxe Soft Sleeper, only has 2 beds, one upper and one lower.
