trains where there are no rail lines?
Some trains appear to show shedules making connections where there are (to my knowledge) no rail lines.
How are the connections made? For example K696/697 Shanghai to Chengdu goes to Yichang east but eventually ends up at Wanzhou via Badong etc. How?

The line is called Yiwan Railway (from Yichang to Wanzhou), a new built one, openned on Dec 12, 2010.
