Mr.
I need to travel by train from Kowloon station to Gaungzhou. Where can I find more information?

You could take a train from Kowloon to Shenzhen and then change a high speed train from Shenzhen to Guangzhou.

You also should take a closer look at the situation in HongKong (http://www.mtr.com.hk/eng/train/system_map.html). Kowloon is the peninsula north of the victoria harbor. There is one train station called "Kowloon (九龍 or 九龙)", which is on several metro lines and on the airport express.
There is also a station called "HungHom". The direct trains to China Mainland (Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai) start from here. In China (including this website) the train station is called "Kowloon" i.e."九龙" or "Jiulong".
I hope that helped and was not too confusing. Good luck!
